Location:

Alexandria, VA

Job Description:

• 3+ years of Federal Audit and/or Finance Management experience (within the DoD environment, preferred)
• Experience developing Audit and/or Finance training courses (preferred)
• Ability to work within a matrix team environment
• Desired characteristics (but not limited to): collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, good communicator/listener, organized, “outside the box” thinking, proactive, self-motivated, team player/oriented, “all hands on deck” mentality
• Demonstrated success in developing quality training content in a client facing environment (i.e., ADDIE model)
• Comfortable putting together slide decks
• Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Comfortable designing graphics/visuals
• Be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of adult learning models/theories (preferred, not required)
• Exposure to delivery/deployment of trainings via technology platforms (preferred, not required)

Education Level:

Bachelors degree or higher

Pay Rate:

Commensurate with experience

Security Clearance:

Secret
