Job Description:

Overview: ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs since 1998.

We are a Small Business DoD contractor and are aggressively seeking candidates in direct support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Battle Management Directorate.?This effort is aboard Hanscom AFB, MA and will be providing Specialized Cost Services to the AFLCMC/HN.

Responsibilities: Cyber, Infrastructure, Commodities and Services Cost Analyst SME

Duties: Specfic experience for HNI/J "Cyber, Infrastructure, Commodities and Services" cost analysis is related to providing cost estimating support for delivering and sustaining Cyber Infrastructure and Warfighter Capabilities to the Air Force, in order to provide an environment where Warfighters are connected anywhere, anytime, with anything. HNI Strategic Direction is divided into two capability areas: the Transport Layer and the Commoditized Infrastructure/Common Computing Environment (CI/CCE). The direction of the Transport Layer capability area is to ensure continued operations of the Air Force Network (AFNet), perform configuration/asset management of all AFNet equipment, conform the current HNI processes to Weapon System acquisition standards, and shape systems and requirements to meet the Joint Information Environment (JIE) construct.

The direction of the Commoditized Infrastructure/Common Computing Environment capability area is to ensure continued operations of the Global Combat Support System-Air Force (GCSS-AF), deliver the initial CI/CCE capability to include the funding construct (customer vs. centralized), and migrate currently hosted applications from GCSS-AF to CI/CCE. In order to fulfill this strategic direction, HNI acquires and sustains Information Technology (IT) systems (to include IT hardware, software, and services) in accordance with Air Force Warfighter requirements. The Special Programs Division (HNJ) supports leading edge, advanced technology solutions to warfighter needs in areas such as electronic and cyber warfare.

A "Cyber, Infrastructure, Commodities and Services" Cost SME has collected the commodity-specific experiences and data necessary to support these complex activities, including the ability to train the government or other contractors on the unique challenges and opportunities of cost estimating and analysis in this environment.

Qualifications: Experience :
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in DoD Cost Estimating or relevant commercial quantitative analysis experience (excluding Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and cost performance report analysis experience)
• Minimum of 2 years DoD acquisition experience
• Minimum of 2 years specifically in support of "Cyber, Infrastructure, Commodities and Services" cost analysis

Education : A minimum of Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, or other degree with at least 24 semester hours in quantitative course work, which includes at least 3 in Calculus.
