Job Description:

Serve as the SCM point of contact responsible for SCM success on the Production Program Management Team (PPMT). Helps direct and manages successful integration between the SCM Function and the PPMT across the total product Life Cycle. Develops and maintains a tactical and strategic SCM Business plan ensuring alignment with program-level expectations. Ensure responsible suppliers are meeting proposal timelines necessary to support program requirements. Ensure procurement execution readiness at point of long lead funding release. Ensure Material cost/delivery projections meet SCM Business Plan requirements and provide PPM with SCM Business Plan revisions. Facilitate PPMT participation in SCM material budget discussions. Work with Material CAMs to ensure BLCR issues are resolved and baseline is completed on time and accurate.
Manage SCM PPMT material budget and schedule. Monitor, maintain, analyze, and report functional key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to manage tactical and strategic Business Plan performance to targets. Identify tactical and/or strategic SCM risks and opportunities, lead mitigation plan development efforts and coordinate across PPMT membership as required to ensure successful execution. Facilitate contract closeout activities to ensure proper closure of subcontracts in support of prime contract. Compile and present SCM performance and activities to Functional and PPMT Tier II Leadership. Identifies potential SCM process improvement opportunities, develops business case, and executes deployment plan. Provide rapid SCM crisis management support ensuring Functional subject matter experts (SME) are available to assess impact, provide input to response plan, and support execution. Provide internal and external functional SME communications. Manage PPMT SCM effort to ensure integrated Functional/PPMT commitments are established and met. Serves as Supply Chain POC to customer for PPMT SCM issues. Maintains healthy working relationship with customer, both external and internal, ensuring rapid response capability in an ever changing environment. Ensures full SCM compliance to applicable PPMT and Company process/policy requirements.
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
Supply Chain Management or Production or Production Control Experience
Experience with Project Management
Working Knowledge of SAP
