The Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) is responsible for the following:
providing technical delivery order expertisetechnical guidance in solving complex hardware/software engineering problems.providing technical support of all phases of hardware/software design analysis, development, integration, and implementation.analyzing requirements and determining appropriate use of technologies in solving engineering problemsensuring the final product meets all applicable security requirements based on individual TO requirementsOccasional travel required
Candidates must possess a TS/SCI Active Clearance with a favorable Polygraph within the last 2 yearsBachelor degree in related field desired or equivalent experienceAt least seven (7) years demonstrated industry experience in system engineeringDemonstrated ability in system Assessment & Authorization processes and documentation (familiarity with Customer and IC community A & A processes and applicable instructions (e.g. ICDs , DCIDS)Possess applicable certifications in accordance with DoD 8570.1 (SSCP, CISSP, CAP, etc)Desired Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience supporting the Customer and an in-depth understanding of the Customer's ISR portfoliosCandidate must possess strong technical leadership and communication skills
