Job Description:

Asset Forfeiture Agency Manager
Washington, DC Metro Area

FCi Federal is recruiting candidates for the position of Asset Forfeiture Agency Manager, contingent upon award of contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Day to day functions):

• Responsible for liaising with client customers
• Reports questions/concerns from agency to program management and client
• Assists with performance and action plans that will be presented to client and internal senior leadership
• Ability to successfully communicate with client's customers regarding process changes
• Assists in assessing all contract modifications and determines impacts
• Assists with process improvement initiatives and reports findings to Program Manager and client for approval
• Successfully collaborates with internal Program Manager and human capital team to address employee concerns or performance issues
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to client and client's customers

The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust level security clearance
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check
• Must successfully complete a drug screening

Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:

• BS/BA Degree
• PMP Certification - preferred
• Five (5) years' experience in a customer service environment relating to asset forfeiture
• Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale SCA contracts
• Computer skills required: MS Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects and office equipment; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, carry, stoop, kneel, climb, etc.

Work Environment:

• This position requires applicant to live within the DC metro area, as well as the ability to travel to satellite offices.
