Talent Acquisition Coordinator
PenFed Credit Union is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Eugene , OR. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate recruitment. This position will manage the function of sourcing and reviewing candidates, coordinating schedules for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, as well as administrative functions for the Talent Acquisition team.

Identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, attending job fairs, initial phone screens.
Prepare job postings and manage applicant tracking within the Applicant Tracking System and
Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers/Recruiters and potential candidates including coordinating flight and travel arrangements.
Administrative duties to include, but not limited to sending applications, tracking Fingerprint Reports, evaluating credit and correspondence that goes with it, tracking new hire onboarding, etc.
Act as an administrator in the background check systems.
Greet candidates for interviews and on-boarding.
Build relationships with hiring managers.
Review and qualify resumes for various requisitions.
Manage the internal applicant process including applications and coordination of schedules.
Serve as a liaison between potential Candidates and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Education and Experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruiting is preferred.
Experience in HRIS or ATS systems strongly preferred.
This position will not supervise employees.
Licenses and Certifications
There are no additional certifications required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Limited travel to various worksites is required.
