Technica Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide network assistance and technical support to resolve user problems, service requests, communications, voice, computer and network faults and outages.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Run ad hoc queries against the central repository for trouble ticket tracking/status to provide better customer support Resolve customers' administrative and technical communications problems and install, configure and operate client/service devices Perform equipment installation, peripherals connection and client level software removal/installation Provide software assistance Implement client workstation software patches, security fixes and services releases Manage and establish network user accounts Install, configure and provide end-user support for standard business systems and office automation applications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School diploma or equivalent Secret clearance 4-5 years of related IT experience IAT Level II (Security+) certification
