Technica is seeking a Help Desk Manager who will lead the Help Desk team of six technicians to provide network assistance and technical support to resolve user problems, service requests, communications, computer, voice, network faults and outages.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Run ad hoc queries against the central repository for trouble ticket tracking/status to provide better customer support Resolve customers' administrative and technical communications problems and install, configure and operate client/server devices Perform equipment installation, peripherals connection and client level software removal/installation Provide software assistance Implement client workstation software patches, security fixes and services releases Manage and establish user accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School diploma or equivalent 6-8 years of related IT experience IAT Level II (Security+) certification Top Secret clearance
