Technica is seeking a Deputy Network Operations Manager who will manage work centers supporting network enterprise services, network infrastructure security, performance management, security management, data storage, backup and recovery, collaboratin, records management, knowledge management, configuration management, fault management, software license management, IT Asset Management, Unique IT Systems Support and information management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, upgrade, integrate, install, configure, test, maintain, dismantle and turn in data and video communication networks-- both hardware and software Maintain and administer network (voice, video and data) management, planning and circuit databases, records and forms Implement change management processes to effectively manage and control all local changes to the WAN and voice systems in order to minimize risk, disruptions in service and adverse impacts to operations users
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent 6-8 years of related network operations experience IAT Level II (Security+) certification Top Secret clearance
