Technica Corporation is seeking an AFNWC VTC Technician, who will provide VTC/CST support for MILCON (Military Construction) Phase II VTC Conference Rooms .
Coordinate/conduct any installs, maintenance upgrades, training to personnel on how to run their own TC, AFMC PM VTC requirements, TEMPEST certifications, CA/CRL requirements, CST support and SharePoint VTC portal creation/management/updates Create/implement workflow procedures and tools as directed for CR scheduling and VTC facilitator assignment Conduct Vidyo desktop client plug-in installation and support Conduct GVS registration, updates, testing, account setup, permissions and administration Coordinate with MAJCOMS and operate a Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) with established bridges for alternative VTC connectivity not using GVS
