Technica is seeking a Collaboration Management Technician to provide the interface between the site owners and the AFGSC (Air Force Global Strike Command) SharePoint.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Review collaboration capabilities including MS Lync, OCS and email to articulate processes and best practices. Provide direct support to the site owners by training and supporting users on SharePoint Act as the Site collection manager in coordination with the customer to create web sites and workflows Coordinate with the customer to change or restore permissions for access to the individual unit site owners' data Repair broken links and assist customers to create tabs, post pages and sub-folders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent 6-8 years of related IT experience IAT Level II (Security+) certification Secret clearance
