Senior Manager, Card Acquisitions
PenFed is hiring a Senior Manager, Card Acquisitions in Omaha, NE or Alexandria, VA. The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for driving PenFed's Card product and channel development efforts focused on leading cross channel campaign development and coordination along with best in class product communications and collateral. Particular emphasis will be placed on identifying opportunities that will drive omni-channel new account growth and product development.
Develop comprehensive communications strategy to deliver upon new account acquisitions and new product delivery plans
Support new product development efforts, as well as oversight of product launch execution and communications.
Develop and coordinate targeted card acquisition campaigns that drive new account growth and new membership.
Partner closely with analytics team, aligning on methodology and approach to targeting and optimizing audience and size/ scope of campaigns.
Optimize campaigns across all prospect cardholder touch-points, including direct mail, digital, mobile, call center, statements and branch channels.
Work closely with marketing team to effectively execute campaigns within agreed budgets.
Work closely with public and media relations teams to drive awareness of PenFed payment products and services.
Direct card product sales and training initiatives focusing on supporting our internal phones and branch sales force teams.
Coordinate and deliver proactive internal campaign communications and perform post-implementation campaign tracking reporting to executive team.
Key contributor to new product development and merger communications and member facing collateral.
Ensure all communications and products/ features meet all applicable regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Minimum of six (6) years' of experience in credit and debit card marketing; including but not limited to campaign development, campaign coordination, test and learn methodology, member centric insights, competitive intelligence and campaign performance analysis is required.
Direct experience with Card/Marketing channel management, business planning and people management is required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Master's Degree in Business is preferred.
This position will directly supervise employees.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
