Job Description:

ARServices is seeking a Deputy Program Management Expert to join our team. This professional will assist the team that will provide professional, technical, and administrative support to Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO). Specifically, the Deputy Program Manager will help lead a program management office (PMO) of 4 individuals to provide program management expertise to the JIDO J8 Division Chief for Acquisition and Delivery. The position is located at the JIDO office in Arlington, VA.
Principal Duties
Provide leadership and technical expertise to the PMO in support JIDO J8 division.
In this role, the ARServices PMO will perform the following functions:
Provide program management expertise to the J8 division to support execution of C-IED R&D programs and projects throughout the acquisition life cycle. Review program documentation for accuracy and completeness. Review program technical, cost, and schedule data to assess performance against program objectives. Create and maintain program and project management documents, including monthly status reports, SOWs, yearly spend plans and execution reports, and other required documents. Support development of program solicitations and acquisition packages. Support programmatic agility in response to changing requirements, emerging threats, or new technologies. Assist in the assessment of state-of-the-art and emerging technologies for utility, maturity, risk, and applicability to C-IED requirements. Assist in acquisition processes that support funding of government projects developing new technologies and products for use by U.S. military personnel. The responsibilities include: developing and maintaining budgets and spending plans and tracking project expenditures; supporting the development of funding award documentation and development/maintenance of program review materials, including Microsoft PowerPoint slides and Excel spread sheets; attending planning and review meetings; and providing technical and logistical support for planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities, including responses to taskers. Provide technical support in development and management of integrated and advanced technology demonstrations, to operationally assess and transition C-IED technologies. Requirements
10+ years of experience as PM supporting DoD Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred Change Management experience Experience with Budget and Resource Management Minimum secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred PMP certification Ability to develop executive-level briefing materials, administrative, and logistics support Ability to develop strong working relationships within teams and across the organization Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to multiple audiences (e.g., technical and non-technical, executive-level) Creative thinker; strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Desired Qualifications
