ARServices is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant to provide expertise to the USDA Forest Service's Employee Relations and Anti-Harassment Program. The work site will be in both Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, VA.
Analyze anti-harassment and misconduct cases for work environment trends and consistency Research industry trends and best practices Develop strategic recommendations for improvements in agency anti-harassment and misconduct processes and practices Monitor, document and report quality control procedures Recommend anti-harassment training topics and create training content Develop and deliver training materials Requirements
10+ years of experience supporting workplace anti-harassment initiatives and misconduct cases, including experience supporting a federal agency Eligibility to receive a USDA Personal Identity Verification Badge Ability to develop executive-level briefing materials Ability to develop training content Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to multiple audiences (e.g., technical and non-technical, executive-level) Creative thinker; strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Travel may be required Desired Qualifications
