Job Description:

ARServices is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team. This important position will have a significant impact on the continued growth of ARServices. The Proposal Manager will support the development of "all" aspects of proposals and other sales documentation (such as RFIs, SSNs, RFQs, etc.), working closely with management and functional experts. The Proposal Manager must understand the proposal development processes, proposal management functions, project management approaches and techniques and will be responsible for coordinating the development of all proposal products. The Proposal Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating all phases of the company's proposal process in response to U.S. government and commercial requests for proposals (RFPs) and other sales documentation. The Proposal Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate proposal and sales document records and repositories of proposal materials/components. The ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple proposal efforts, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.
Principal Duties
Exercises responsibility for coordinating complex Government proposals and bid preparations. Coordinate proposal efforts with the technical division, contracts department, contractors, subcontractors, finance department, and human resources. Develop proposal schedule, outline, and compliance matrices Facilitate interactions between key personnel and business functions in the proposal development effort Support all aspects of proposal preparation, submission, revisions, and final submission Coordinate and facilitate internal reviews with management personnel Assist with review of proposals, quotes, and pricing to ensure compliance with RFP requirements Create and maintain proposal generation tools and templates Responsible for supporting preparation, presentation and participation in reviews in all phases of development through to proposal submission Supports the proposal team; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met Other duties as assigned Requirements
A working knowledge of Government and military contracts, GSA, FAR, DFARs, and SBA regulations Independently define, schedule, and manage multiple proposal preparation processes. The ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP Demonstration of the necessary personality and skills to support a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, SMEs, Consultants and Subcontractors Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional facilitation and organization skills Understanding of Shipley proposal processes Excellent time management, written/technical writing, verbal, and presentation skills required Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience supporting various levels of government proposals Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance may be required
