The Customer Support Service Desk manager leads the daily operations of the service desk/desktop support functions of WHS EITSD. Customer Support Service desk manager oversees a team of highly skilled staff members with a broad range of skillsets ranging from CRM, IT, Telecom support and desk side technicians that will provide service desk incident response, perform desk side service when required, maintain asset records procedures when a reportable asset is relocated or reassigned to a new customer and other functions as supporting a 24x7 Service desk operation.Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
• US Citizenship
• BA, BS or other Bachelor's degree in an IT related field.
• 7-10 Years experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• ITIL Intermediate - Service Life Cycle certification
• MS Solutions Expert or MS Systems Engineer
• Security Clearance: Top Secret
