Overview
Sentara Healthcare is recruiting for a Information Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities
Senior Information Analytics Specialists are subject matter experts in data modeling & analysis, demonstrating their understanding of clinical, business, regulatory and external measures in support of their customer. This position works directly with operational and clinical leadership in design and development of analytical capabilities, reports, and dashboards needed to execute and measure of short-term and long-term clinical & operational initiatives. The Sr. Information Analytics Specialist is the subject matter expert on data and use of data and is accountable for increasing their customer's understanding and use of data. This position works with customers to identify data and analysis needs and will meet those needs by designing programmatic analyses, reporting capabilities, ad-hoc analysis, and where new data are needed, are responsible for defining business requirements to collect, translate, and aggregate new data. The Sr. Information Analytics Specialist is responsible for data quality and data stewardship functions related to reporting and analysis services to maintain data accuracy and reliability.

Bachelor's Level Degree - Experience in lieu of education: Yes

Experience
Required: Financial Analysis - 3 years, Data Analysis - 3 years, Statistics-3 years

License

Skills

Other
Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL Programming. Four years related experience required in lieu of education.
