KeyW is seeking mission-driven individuals to join our team in the role of Specialized Skills Officer - Targeter. The Specialized Skills Officer - Targetor (SSO-Ts) is primarily based in Northern Virginia. In today's fast-paced and technologically-savvy world, targeting is critical to the success of the customer's global mission. Officers in this career track will directly support and drive complex operations leading to the collection of intelligence against the threats to Security. Targeting Officers are specialists who bring unique skills to the customer necessary for enhanced exploitation of issues and difficult target sets. SSO-Ts develop in-depth, substantive expertise geared towards operations. They research and analyze complex datasets, develop strategic overviews of targets, and generate leads to advance operations. Effective SSO-Ts are inquisitive, investigative, and action-oriented. They must be able to synthesize large often nonspecific datasets and intelligence into a strategic picture and clearly and concisely convey it to non-expert audiences.
6+ years of experience is required with related Special Skills Officer experience.Require strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).Must be able to synthesize large often nonspecific datasets and intelligence into a strategic picture and clearly and concisely convey it to non-expert audiences. Degree: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required or 5 years of equivalent experience.
Clearance Requirement: Position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
