ARServices is seeking a Process Design Analyst to support the OPNAV N1 Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Transformation effort. The scope of this effort encompasses support for the entire MPT&E Transformation portfolio of services and projects. This position is located in Millington, TN.
Work closely with the Process Design Lead to plan, prepare, and facilitate process design workshops to support adding MPT&E processes identified for transition to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC)Assist the Process Design Lead in managing MPT&E process owner relationships and facilitating MNCC Design Action Board (change control board) meetingsPrepare process documentation for MNCC processes, to include process maps, functional requirements, process narratives, and summary materialsReview existing process documentation and familiarize Process Design Team members on MPT&E processes, problem areas, and applicable policy, rules, and guidelinesIdentify potential processes improvements and work to assess impacts of future changesEducate MPT&E process owners on MNCC features and capabilities to support design effortsRequired Qualifications
