Job Description:

Overview
Lead the EDSP Program Management Office in managing project plans, and resources. Develop and maintain program processes including resource planning, project scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management.

Responsibilities
Meet with lead engineers and other staff members to gather information to develop and update schedules. Coordinate resource planning among a 60+ person division and with external supporting functions to ensure all projects are properly staffed. Develop, document, and train leadership staff on project management processes including project scheduling, resource management, risk management, and cost management. Manage the MS Project Server system including accounts, resource pool, projects, and customized fields and tools within Project Server. Coordinate PM processes and tools with the larger sector organization.

Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelors Degree and 10 years revelant experience. PMP certification. Expert in MS Project and MS Project Server. Ability to develop macros, and customized reports to automate/accelerate bidding projects, cost tracking of projects, and resource planning. In depth knowledge of all Project Management Processes and experience executing as agile and scalable processes. Experience developing and controlling project schedules for Electronics Hardware design and Manufacturing efforts. Experience developing and controlling project schedules for Software development efforts using agile/scrum approaches.

Clearance
This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
