Field Consultant/District Manager A Field Consultant oversees a sub-group of 8-10 corporate and/or franchised stores, ensuring the overall store conditions comply with 7-Eleven standards including: cleanliness, customer service and merchandising - thereby maximizing operating profits. The most successful Field Consultants are superb relationship builders. They possess the ability to lead, coach, influence and support store operators for the purpose of maximizing the successful operation of multiple store units.
