Job Description:

The individual selected for this position will be the Marietta leader for Enterprise Resource Development & Strategy (ERDS). Responsibilities include:
•OLDP Site Lead
-Lead full life cycle of Marietta Operations Leadership Development Program, from recruiting, selecting, placing, coaching and mentoring, and off-program placement of candidates. Ensure OLDPs are meeting program requirements.
-Interface with leadership across Marietta Production Operations, Quality, and Supply chain to solicit rotations, manage relationships with rotation managers, ensure OLDPs are meeting rotation commitments and expectations
-Interact with OLDP Corporate Program Management Office & complete projects and assignments as needed (ie, Corporate External Recruiting Event, OLDP Ambassador program, support OLDP Conferences). Integrate with OLDP Site Leads across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas
-Manage OLDP budget for Marietta
•Focus on the needs, development, and opportunities of individual contributors across Marietta Prod Ops, and support other Aero sites as needed.
-Work with Fort Worth leadership and peers in defining the strategy for Individual Contributor Development and implementation
-Act as Marietta Integrator between Prod Ops leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition for intern and college hires
-Coach and mentor interns during their assignment. Place returning interns and converting interns to full time positions
Marietta POC for other ERDS assignments as needed, to include but not limited to:
-First Line Leader Program, Leaders in Aero Ops, Workforce Career Guidance
-Workforce Strategy
-Critical Skills Implementation
-Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in technical or business related degree.
•Experience working across organizational boundaries.
•Experienced project manager.
•Experience coaching and/or mentoring
•Strong business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website applications)

•Production Operations experience
•Demonstrated ability to work with leaders at multiple levels across
