Lynch is actively seeking experienced associates for professional opportunities in the areas of financial and program management, serving our Department of Defense (DoD) clients in the Washington D.C metro area, San Diego, CA, and Norfolk, VA . Current/former uniformed personnel and/or government service employees are strongly encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will establish a vibrant partnership with our Defense Agency and Military Service clients to provide high-impact financial consulting in support of DoD FM activities
Work directly with our clients to perform analysis, provide guidance and recommendations, and directly assist the government to sustain a high-visibility audit readiness program
Collaborate with exceptionally sharp, motivated, colleagues and team partners to perform meaningful tasks
A minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience related to DoD, accounting/financial management, program management, or business process improvement; military/government service and/or DoD consulting experience required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Direct experience with DoD financial systems and feeder systems, including SABRS, STARS, DON ERP, GFEBBS, DEAMS, DAI, EBS and others
Strong analytical skills, including: analyzing large data sets
Knowledge of command-level financial management activities, structures, and related business processes
Secret or higher security clearance.
