Mid-Level Quality Control and Training Specialist (QCTS)
Williamsburg, KY

FCi Federal has an opportunity for a Mid-Level QCTS to join our team on our Federal Government contract in Williamsburg, KY.

Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:


Maintain Contract QASP and Training Plan.
Verify compliance with work standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),and other desktop procedures
Responsible for recognizing data problems that might invalidate samples, investigating complaints, reviewing violations found by Center QA staff, and preparing reports of findings and of actions needed or taken.
Recommend changes in SOP's, production standards, administrative procedures, and other actions that will improve contract performance.
Conduct frequent internal quality control reviews and audits.
Maintain a current collection of internal and external training resources. Prepare training reports and individual training records.
Coordinate, reserve, and evaluate external training programs and/or conferences. Review and evaluate vendor-produced training programs and facilitate program delivery.
Conduct training needs assessments and respond to training requests identified by managers. Determine staff skill levels and training needs using various methods: review of quality assurance data, needs assessment surveys, participant course evaluations, employee feedback, management feedback.
Develop basic components of instructional design: sequencing and clustering of learning events and objectives, task learning relationships, training materials and performance measures. Also implement supplementary training solutions such as role play scenarios.
Prepare and create audio visual materials, manuals, handbooks, job aids, and other training materials as needed.
Analyze participation response, develop findings and make recommendations. Plan and conduct validity and reliability studies to detect trends or weak areas making recommendations for necessary changes in training program.
Coordinate and develop the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, providing updates and refresher training as program changes are implemented.

The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) suitability determination
Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check
Must successfully complete a drug screening
Must successfully complete a computer-based assessment on typing skills with a score of 90% accuracy and 30 WPM
Must successfully complete a computer-based assessment on basic computer skills with a score of 70%

Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:


Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of four years' related experience

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Visio;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to use and interpret the applicable documents as described in the contract
Excellent written and oral communication skills to draft effective training and presentations, communicate with customers, and to disseminate information to a wide audience
Attention to detail to successfully analyze and evaluate trends, maintain detailed records
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team to effectively interact with personnel at all levels.
Strong command of the English language both verbally and written
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrate a professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a traditional office environment.
