Job Description:

Overview
ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs since 1998.

We are a Small Business DoD contractor and are aggressively seeking candidates in direct support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Battle Management Directorate.?This effort is aboard Hanscom AFB, MA and will be providing Specialized Cost Services to the AFLCMC/HN.

Responsibilities
A Senior estimator must be highly proficient in the use of all cost estimating tools Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT), Program Office Support Tool (POST), the statistical analysis package CO$TAT, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to use these tools to estimate and document costs and methodologies for development, procurement, and sustainment for any acquisition effort. A SCE/RA 1 must be highly proficient in the development of Business Case Analyses, Economic Analyses, Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD) documents and Clinger-Cohen Act documents.

A Senior Cost Estimator must be capable of independently leading all cost analysis tasks for any program including, but not limited to, tracking tasks that directly impact the Division schedule, identifying programmatic cost issues and developing recommendations to facilitate issue resolution, supporting meetings, developing, preparing and coordinating acquisition cost reports (Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR), Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR), System Metric and Reporting Tool (SMART), Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS), Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx)), correspondences, briefings, plans and other information to support the acquisition process.

Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Department of Defense cost estimating (excluding Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and cost performance report analysis experience), with a minimum of ten (10) years DoD acquisition experience.

Education : A Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, or other degree with at least 24 semester hours in quantitative course work, which includes at least three (3) in Calculus.
