CSRA, a Federal marketplace leader in next-generation IT solutions and professional services, is seeking highly qualified and motivated IT professionals like you who are eager to contribute to our critical Homeland Security missions.  For the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM, formerly US-VISIT), CSRA performs operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Automated Biometric Identification System's (IDENT) production and non-production environments and associated business systems.  In support of this effort, CSRA provides Task Order Management, Datacenter Operations, Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations, System Management and Monitoring, Service Request Management, Technology Analysis, and Non-production Support (to include Program Support Systems and Transition).

Essential Job Functions
Administers, configures and maintains Serena Requirements Manager (RM) and Serena Business Manager (SBM). Troubleshoots application issues, creates user manuals and conducts upgrades and training for these commercial-off-the-self (COTS) software products.Install, configure, administer and maintain Serena Dimensions Requirements Manager (Dim RM) and Serena Business Manager (SBM) in Development, Test, and Production environmentsProvide user access and manage role assignments.Modify and maintain the project schemas with RM ManageCreate and update Project Schema using SBM Composer for SBM projects.Assist the end-users with complex reportingRecommend best practices for tool implementation and usageConfigure database instances supporting the DimRM installationsResolve helpdesk tickets for providing access,  adding values to dropdowns, modifying the process, assisting with the tools capabilities, etc.Patch and upgrade Dim RM and SBM.Import requirements into Dim RM from Excel.Set up and maintain Single Sign On (SSO) and SAML authentication for Dim RM and SBM.Integrate Serena RM with HP Quality Center and SBM with SharePoint.Troubleshoot user/application issues.Create Dim RM and SBM admin and user manual guides.Create training material and conduct training for Dim RM and SBM.Collect requirements from customer for enhancements to SBM workflows and Dim RM schemas, access control and reportingDevelop test cases for upgrades and perform testing of the new functionalityProvide support for smoke testing and troubleshooting during after-hours patching and maintenance as required
BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experienceAt least 3-5 years of experience with Serena Dimensions Requirements Manager (Dim RM) and Serena Business Manager (SBM)Experience with installing, configuring, upgrading, administering and maintaining DimRM version 12.4 and SBM 11.2 or higher.Experience with designing, updating, and creating new schema/projects in SBM and Dimensions RMStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong Programming skills in SBM Scripts and Orchestrations.Experience with Dimensions Configuration Manager (Dim CM).Experience working in a US government datacenter environment.Experience with Windows Server Administration, sufficient to implement installation of the SBM and DimRM software onto a serverStrong experience with interacting with the customer to gather requirements for changes to SBM workflows and Dim RM schemas, access control and reportingExperience with setting up and maintaining Single Sign On (SSO) and SAML authentication for Dim RM and SBM.Experience with integrating Serena RM with HP Quality Center, SBM with SharePoint and Dimensions RM with Dimensions CM.Experience with importing requirements into Dim RM from ExcelStrong experience with Dim RM reportingFamiliarity with Dim RM and SBM database Oracle client setup and maintenance - Experience with Apache/Tomcat servicesFamiliarity/experience with Requirements Management process in a development environmentExperience with scripting and orchestration languages used in SBM and Dim RMExperience with creating Dim RM and SBM admin and user manual guides.Experience with creating training material and conducting training for Dim RM and SBM.Experience with developing test cases for upgrades and performing testing of new functionality
