Help Desk Support

Location:- HIckam, HI

Qualifications Personnel Skill Qualifications - DODM 8570-01M IAT Level II Current Security+ certification Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows 7 or10 Required at start date. Candidate MUST hold a Secret clearance MUST pass a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
Position Description:
Taking, troubleshooting, and resolving trouble calls via phone, ticketing system or walk-in clients. Typical calls include account lockout's, printer issues, hardware and software issues, building and installing software images, issuing and installing new hardware, and some user training. Wireless tablet with Windows 10 experience is highly desirable.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3:00PM.
