Job Description:

Allareas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactoryperformance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. TheAcquisition Security Program Analyst will assist the Government Program Managerwith the development and implementation of comprehensive program protectionmethodologies to protect advance technology programs throughout the system'slife cycle. Availability of position is contingent upon Contract Award.

In-depthlife cycle program analysist to identify critical program information (CPI),Critical System Resources (CSR), and their associated vulnerabilities.
Assistwith the identification and implementation of countermeasures.
Developand implement a risk management based program protection plan and strategy.
Providetechnical advice and security support to collateral and SAP programs andemerging mission areas.
Providesecurity recommendations to the PM, GSSO, and cognizant security authorities asit relates to the Air Force acquisition and sustainment process.
Providespecific guidance pertaining to the contract security requirements in referenceto cost, feasibility and appropriateness of requirement.
Coordinatebetween Air Force security authorities and Mission Partner security authoritiesfor acquisition program activities.
Maintaina working relationship with the PM, Contracting Officer and contractor securityofficers to ensure a standardized and correct format/process is utilized forall DD Form 254 efforts throughout the acquisition and sustainment life cycle,in coordination with Program Security Officers.
Directlysupport customer program/security officers in the development, execution andimplementation of Program Protection Planning (PPP).
Assessthreat and risk, develop risk management actions and implement long termcourses of actions.
Assistin the development and writing of operations security (OPSEC) plans, transitionplans, emergency action plans, transportation plans, security CONOPS, and anyother security documents as needed for the customer.
Reviewprogram documentation for public release, to include ensuring ControlledUnclassified Information (CUI) has proper marking, classifications anddistribution statements per Air Force doctrine.
Conductanalysis of foreign intelligence threats against programs involving customer'scritical research, sensitive technologies or CPI.
Prepareand produce analytical products from numerous resources, to include variousdatabases, to ensure a real-time, tailored product is provided.
Provideclassification guidance and assistance for all security programs to includecollateral and SAP programs.
ReviewCounterintelligence reports and prepare written summaries of activities withpotential impact to customer resources.
Write,review, and/or edit Security Classification Guides (SCG), Exposure ContingencyPlans (ECP), Managed Access Plans (MAP), Security Operating Procedures (SOPs),System Test Plans (STP).
Assistgovernment system security engineers performing close out actions for SAPs asneeded.
Developand assist with security education and training for personnel.
Providetechnical analysis and OPSEC support to SMC or AFSPC Special programs and otherassociated operations, missions, and organizational elements involved indeveloping system requirements to associated systems RDT&E.
Establishand maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, andcustomers.
Possessa high degree of originality, creativity, initiative that requires minimalsupervision.
Followpolicies and procedures as described in corporate manuals and directives.
Attendwork each day during scheduled work hours unless on approved travel or timeoff.
Performoccasional travel to contractor and customer sites, as required (see WORKINGCONDITIONS below).
Workflexible hours, including occasional overtime.
Carryout other duties as may be assigned or requested.

Workis performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and health hazardsrelated to electronics

10-12 years related experience required Bachelor's degree in a related area
Must have a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Must be eligible for access to Special Access Program Information
Must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriateICDs/JAFANs, DoD Manuals and other guiding policy documents.
Must have extensive knowledge of the DD Form 254 and how it is incorporatedinto the Air Force acquisition process.
Must be ableto transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess avalid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Physical Skills and Abilities:
Mayrequire lifting up to 25 pounds.
Requiresvisual acuity to use a keyboard.
