Job Description:

This is a hot opportunity for an early-career IT and Logistics Support Specialist!
ARServices is seeking a full-time, highly motivated Junior IT POC and Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. The Junior IT POC and Logistics Specialist will work on-site at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Acquisition and Program Management (OAPM), Security Technologist Acquisition Division (SATD).
OAPM supports the TSA mission by delivering innovative, mission-driven capabilities required by the frontline to safeguard America's transportation system. OAPM's goal is to provide effective mission capabilities by developing and leveraging a diverse, expert corps of professionals across the acquisition program lifecycle.
Principal Duties
Updates and maintains all information contained in the Master Contact List (MCL) database. Assists with tracking and maintaining office-wide seating requirements and space allocations. Coordinates and processes requests for office/cubicle moves. Updates MCL in accordance with employee on-boards, transfers, and other personnel updates, and provides floor plan plotter copies for leadership. Monitors ITPOC mailbox and follows procedures to acknowledge, process, follow-up, and close out customer requests for IT printer supplies/maintenance, IT equipment and other requests. Maintains IT asset information, documentation, and Standards of Procedure. Desired Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 1-2 years of experience in IT Logistics. Experience working with a Master Contact List database. Familiarity with common IT equipment terminology. Ability to provide basic maintenance of IT equipment, such as replacing toner/ink cartridges, and to coordinate repairs when needed. Demonstration of the necessary personality and skills to support a diverse group. Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experience at OPM, TSA, or DHS is desired. An active Public Trust is desired.
