Job Description:

ARServices is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. This professional will provide professional, technical, and administrative support to the the Chief of Naval Personnel (OPNAV N1). Specifically, the Analyst will provide on-site support of N1's transformation efforts and assist in the development of a communication strategy, key messages, and briefing materials used by Navy senior leaders for the purpose of making critical decisions on N1's future investment strategy surrounding transformation efforts. Additionally, the Analyst will perform a wide variety of data gathering and analysis to identify issues and trends impeding N1 goals and objectives, and support the development and implementation of corrective actions to transform N1's business environment. The position is located at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) in Arlington, VA.
Principal Duties
Assist N1 leadership with executing transformation and POM process governance and execution efforts Assist N1 leadership in the analysis of Transformation execution efforts and provide change management recommendations to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the process Assist in the development of briefing documents to facilitate executive-level leadership discussion and decision making on core programming topics Liaise with portions of N1 staff affected by the POM governance and execution process Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of N1 Transformation support activities, identify challenges or areas for improvement and develop recommended solutions As required, assist in the planning and conduct of meetings with key participants to ensure collaborative communication throughout the Transformation development process Provide support in developing high quality work products and project deliverables under the direction of the project lead and N1 leadership Requirements
Must hold minimum of SECRET clearance Bachelor's Degree or higher Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and be capable of learning advanced skills in all applications Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in ambiguous situations Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Desired Qualifications
